The weather on the east coast continues to be "icy". We recieved several inches of snow Friday followed by about a 1/4" of freezing rain. At least it made for some nice scenery.

The weatherman is saying we'll get another 5"-8" on Christmas day. It'll be fun plowing the driveway which, thanks to all that freezing rain, is now a skating rink!

Someday I'll finally be able to drive my Vette, but for now I'll just admire all the pieces... :willy:

Merry Christmas all! Look what Santa brought us - 13" of white stuff! It snowed like crazy all morning and I spent a few hours in the afternoon doing post-storm cleanup. The good news is the snow stopped by mid-day and we were able to go get some Chinese food for dinner and then see Star Wars.

But, I'm definitely not enthusiastic about the temperatures in the 10-day forecast. :ack:

Merry Christmas to you and the family Frosty.

Snow look pretty, but way too cold...

Chinese food and Star Wars? Must be the only restaurant open. :D

Nope, just the daily driver and the plow truck.

To be honest, I've thought about evicting the Corvette from the Garage and simply parking it in the driveway under a tarp for the next week or so. It would free up a spot in the garage for my car. I don't mind getting parking outside when it's in the 20's or 30's, but when it's double digits below zero in the morning it makes for a really rough start to the commute. :ack:

Battery died this morning, apparently it doesn't like below zero temperatures. I gave the car a jump start but it was dead again after work. Looks like I'll be changing a battery this weekend.

Is it too early to be wishing for spring? LOL

Tell us about your Corvette: 1971 Coupe that's been in the family since new. Was "stored" in a shed in New England for 22 years. Even though I have limited knowledge and experience, I'm SLOWLY doing a body off restoration. Standby for many questions!
