Finally, after all these years, the car is watertight, the rain has left and I am starting to drive it more. :Hurray:

Yesterday I assembled my EZ Car Lift, greased it up and the Vette is now up in the air in my garage for it's 500 mile oil change and grease job. Break-in oil goes back in with a pint of zinc additive for the next 1500 miles, then it's Mobile 1 synthetic from then on. :cheers:

While it is up in the air I'm going to touch up any under carriage areas that need touch up paint, take off the wheels, paint the wheel wells and reinstall the wheels with the center cap spinners. :thumbs:

And finally, I will be able to clean all the body shop dirt underneath that I haven't been able to get to while it was on the ground. :rolleyes:
