A thought....

Post by MaineVette »

It's been a while... After being completely distracted by all things non-Vette for the past 5 years or so (work, family, sold a house, built a house, and now trying to get settled, landscaping, etc.) I've been watching some auto restoration shows on TV lately and I got to thinking that this September will be 20 years since I started my project. Two decades. That's just bananas. :willy:

I rarely set new years resolutions, but I'm thinking I may make one to finish my project by September. Maybe this is the milestone I need to light a fire under my rear end... The only problem is that I have a seemingly endless list of competing projects...
Someday I'll finally be able to drive my Vette, but for now I'll just admire all the pieces... :willy:

Tell us about your Corvette: 1971 Coupe that's been in the family since new. Was "stored" in a shed in New England for 22 years. Even though I have limited knowledge and experience, I'm SLOWLY doing a body off restoration. Standby for many questions!
