We got the outer band of it. Just windy enough to mess with the veggie garden. Cats got cabin fever tho.

Sorry. LOL

If it makes you feel any better, we had a huge rain/wind storm come through Southern Maine last night. It was packing hurricane force winds. Pretty crazy. About half the state is without power. They say it could take a week to get everyone back online. :ack:

Thankfully we have a generator! :D
Someday I'll finally be able to drive my Vette, but for now I'll just admire all the pieces... :willy:

Tell us about your Corvette: 1971 Coupe that's been in the family since new. Was "stored" in a shed in New England for 22 years. Even though I have limited knowledge and experience, I'm SLOWLY doing a body off restoration. Standby for many questions!
Location: Spokane, WA

Reviving a 3 y/o thread eh Vito?

Better hold onto your hat (and everything else you've got)!

Good luck and wishes for no damage and if there must be any, only short power outages.

The typhoon is expected to pass 64 miles southwest of Kadena at 5 a.m. Tuesday, according to the 18th Wing Weather Flight. Sustained winds could exceed 138 mph by 9 a.m., with gusts higher than 167 mph. :willy:

Bob has the only car that can out run a typhoon or small aircraft. :D

We actually made it okay. Thanks. This one was really moving slow. Starting cleaning at 0530 and finished around 0700. The banana crops took a hugh hit, broken trees every where.

We have another one coming this weekend. Heading to the commissary this tomorrow.
