Re: 1972 BB Convertible in Atomic Orange Color

Well after a brutally hot summer I started to work on the car again. A couple of things to help with the A/C install. The condenser is mounted to the brackets with screws and nut. Seems weird. I should be at work. Hasn't really sunk in that I'm retired and have every day off now, but I'm getting back to work on the car. Need to remember where I left off! :ack: LOL
You get use to it quickly

Re: Project update

Looking good Tim

I actually worked on my project as well. It was a cool 79 degrees in the morning and had the doors open. Hopefully that 90 degree weather is gone.

A TV in the garage = NASCAR :hammer:

Congratulations on retirement Bob

Re: Hurricane

I'm a Tin-Can sailor. Way back when, I could fit through the port hole to the galley. Great for 0200 snacks when on watch. Might be a tight fit now, but I would give it a shot. Kind of made me laugh at this one. I enlisted in the AF at 148 pounds and retired 20 years later at 155 pounds  Go...

Re: Hurricane

You know I always wanted to see the refer/freezer boxes on the ships. I worked on base dining facilities and cold storage facilities so I know the layouts, just always wondered about the Navy's. It's not like you have a whole bunch of space.
