Re: Touchdown. Body is going on

Hey Paul, It is a big decision to make on what to do with your car. The system is from Vintage Air. There are a few mods that have to be done to the firewall and the wheel well, but for me it is not an option, 90 degrees and 90% RH :ack: I should start the install mid week next and will let you know...

Re: Frame off, then what?

Chris Something else to concider. When I put the body back on I was in Tim's Same situation. There is another way. Take out the windshield and make a spreader bar. Place the spreader bar though the windshield opening. You can get the body high enough. I can send you pictures of this with the gas tan...

When you get your A/C unit, open the boxes ASAP. Make sure the lines and the Evap/Condener have their fittings plugged. One of mine was open. Keep them sealed until install. Also the units are packed very well, first rate!

Hair Cut. Kind of

So as I am waiting to get my hair cut I got an idea. Electric trimmer :D So on the way home, I stopped by GoodWill and bought one. Got home and proceded to remove all of the old insulation inside the vette with it. Chit worked pretty good. So, any other ideas out there??? Cheers Vito

Re: Fuel leak - Question - 73 C3 Coupe

FYI, The Fuel sperator is actually a check valve. I would think this is to prevent gas leakage in the event of a car turn over. You can blow through in it's mounted position and cannot if you turn it over.
